In order to validate a booking, payment is required by choosing one of the following methods:
Advance payment of 20% of the total amount of your stay and not less than the price of one (1) night. Ballance is paid upon arrival in cash or using a credit/debit card.
Deposit must be paid by the guest/customer within 3 days to the bank account indicated in the booking confirmation e-mail sent after a successful booking.
The bank transfer information fields must include the name of the customer/guest and the booking ID.
Payment of the total stay amount to our bank account via bank transfer.
Bankm transfer must be completed by the customer/guest within 3 working days to our bank account listed in the booking confirmation e-mail sent after a successful booking.
Your name and booking ID must appear on your deposit.
In case of booking more than one accommodation, the deposit (20%) is referred to each room separately.
All transactions are exclusively in euros (€).
Any bank transfer or currency conversion costs are borne exclusively by the visitor/customer.
In case of a booking cancellation, or any change from the original booking, the following applies:
In case of a cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the amount given is refunded. Refund within 30 days.
In case of a cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable but can be used for a future stay.
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 70% of the amount given in advance is refunded.
In case of a cancellation up to 20 days before arrival, 50% of the amount given in deposit is refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 10 days before arrival, the amount given is not refunded but can be used for a future stay.
In case of an early departure, the customer/guest is obliged to pay 100% of the remaining days in addition to the days spent overnight.
In the case of a one-day stay and if there is no problem on the part of Domus Hospitality, the customer/guest is obliged to pay the total cost of the reservation.
In case of a cancellation of one or more accommodations, the amount is not offset against the remaining booked accommodations.
Domus Hospitality maintains the following accommodation conditions:
The minimum stay in our accommodations is for 3 nights.
On the day of arrival, the room is given to the customer/guest for use from 15:00 onwards.
On the day of departure, the room is handed over by the customer/guest by 11:00.
Children under 4 years old stay for free.
Domus Hospitality may refuse your stay if there are more people than the number of beds booked upon arrival.
It is not possible to place additional beds in the apartments than those listed.
Customer/visitor must comply with the hours of silence as they applied by the law (15:00 – 17:30, 23:00 – 07:00).
